ORIGIN: Lily came from China to Hawaii

BEFORE: Overworked, struggling financially, & feeling like she failed her daughter when she had to pull her out of private school because she couldn't afford it.

AFTER: Lily discovered the opportunity in 2017 from a beautiful young women who was making almost 7 figures a year. She offered to teach Lily everything she could, so that she'd have the ability to build her own success. Lily embraced the opportunity & applied herself passionately. With a new team who encouraged & empowered her she was able to win company stock options in 3 months, win a company-sponsored trip in 5 months, earn the first diamond (each diamond symbolizes a $100k earned) of the company's million dollar ring in 6 months & became the national champion of agents in 7 months. Her income grew tenfold & so did her confidence. She used to hesitate to speak English & was now giving speeches & conducting trainings in English. Today she continues to enjoy financial independence & is proud to have been able to re-enroll her daughter in private school with ease.​

BEFORE: Living a "traditional" life with a stable 9-5 job where she wasn't seeing any substantial growth. Wishing she had extra money to give her family a better lifestyle. Spending all day away from her kids for work.

AFTER: Peggy joined Ultimate Builder in 2018 in hopes of having a side job that would allow her to have supplemental income to give her kids more opportunities & experiences. By 2019, just 1 year after starting she was able to match the income she was making at her hotel job. In 2021 she was able to double that amount & in 2022 she quadrupled her earnings. In 2023, she gracefully left her 9-5 to pursue her business full time & have more flexibility to spend time with her children. Through this opportunity she also got to make her dream of taking her kids on a vacation to Disneyland, come true! She completely rewrote her story & knows it's possible for everyone through Ultimate Builder.

Her dedication saw her rise to become a certified trainer and a regional manager, earning numerous accolades and leading her own team.
